Over The Line

I picked up a few bags of jerk today. I got Habanero, Chipotle, Sweet Heat, and Montreal Spice. After trying some of each immediately realized there was a big problem.. The problem was I couldn’t decide which was my favorite! They were all very good!

The one thing all 4 flavors had in common was the perfect balance of meat taste to seasoning taste ratio. The meat is thin with a soft pull. Not like some where you nearly rip your teeth out for a bite.

For the price to get beef jerky this fresh, great tasting, and local you just can’t beat it. I look forward to trying out more their flavors.

Definitely give them a try and support a local business. You won’t be disappointed.. Well other than the fact you can’t decide which flavor is your favorite haha!

I ran across Mr. Bryan Corcoran’s comment about how he has a jerky that he makes. I emailed him and he introduced me to his company’s website and Facebook page. I ordered their Roasted Garlic and Herb, and Salt and Pepper varieties, and they blew me away. The Roasted Garlic and Herb offered a perfect blend of flavors, while the Salt and Pepper was delightfully simple yet addictive.
